The Imamia Disaster Management Cell (IDC) organized a comprehensive training session in which volunteers were provided with both practical and theoretical training across several key areas. The objective of this session was to enhance the professional capabilities of the volunteers and equip them to effectively respond to emergency situations.
During the session, detailed guidance was given on important topics such as searching, checking, traffic control, and VIP protocol. In addition, the following specialised training was also provided:
• Parade Training — Volunteers were taught discipline, march-past, and the proper, respectful method of saluting the standard of Mawla Abbas (A.S.), enabling them to perform their duties with dignity and order.
• Crowd Control — This segment included practical exercises on managing large gatherings, maintaining order during congestion, and adopting immediate and effective defensive strategies in emergency situations.
This training session proved highly beneficial for all volunteers, leading to further improvement in their practical skills, discipline, and sense of responsibility. Such initiatives not only enhance organisational performance but also promote the spirit of service within society.
