Rozgar Colleges

IDC’s Rozgar Colleges are dedicated to empowering women through vocational training and economic opportunities. By equipping women with practical, income-generating skills such as stitching, beautician training, graphic design, and MS Office, the program enables financial independence and long-term stability. With over 12,000 women trained and hundreds now employed or running their own businesses, Rozgar Colleges have created a strong pathway from learning to earning. Beyond skills training, these centers serve as safe and supportive spaces where women build confidence, community, and a sense of empowerment. IDC is currently running five Rozgar Colleges across Rawalpindi, Lahore, Quetta, Multan and Peshawar and has recently introduced courses on Artificial Intelligence in its Multan center.
